What is your return policy?

Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or the item you receive is different from the original order. Each order is carefully inspected by logistics colleagues before being sent to ensure that the product quality is no problem before being sent. If you receive the product with no problem, we do not accept returns without reason. If there is a problem with the product, please contact us as soon as possible to find out the problem and confirm the cause in time. Our technical colleagues will check and review whether it meets the return and refund requirements.

Do you offer exchange?

We currently do not offer exchanges. If there is a problem with the product, we will refund you. Please purchase again if necessary.

Do you offer refunds?

If we mistakenly forget to include an item in your shipment or the product is damaged in transit, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. To request a refund for a product damaged in transit, please contact us and follow the steps we will show you in our response email. We will then help you apply for a refund.

My order arrived damaged. what should I do?

If your order arrives damaged, please email us a clear photo of the damaged shipping box and damaged product within 48 hours of delivery. Without this proof we cannot refund you or make a claim on your behalf.

Since this is an international transaction, in addition to the products, our shipping costs are also relatively expensive, so we do not provide free returns or exchanges if there are no special reasons for the products. If the customer insists on returning the product, please bear the return shipping cost. We do not assume any responsibility for losses caused by various factors that prevent products from being returned to our warehouse during the return process. Please know and understand!
