YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THESE SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY COMPLETING A PURCHASE OF MERCHANDISE, WHICH AS A PART OF SUCH PROCESS SHALL INCLUDE THE SELECTION OF A METHOD OF PAYMENT, AND YOUR ENTRY OF YOUR PAYMENT METHOD INFORMATION. IN CONNECTION WITH THE FOREGOING, YOU HEREBY AUTHORIZE Our Store TO CHARGE THE SELECTED PAYMENT METHOD AND ITS ASSOCIATED PAYMENT ACCOUNT THAT YOU HAVE SPECIFIED FOR THE PURCHASE OF MERCHANDISE. WE USE THE OPENPAY PAYMENT METHOD.
To access and use the Services, you must register Account. To complete your Account registration, you must provide us with your full legal name, business address, phone number, a valid email address, and any other information indicated as required. We may reject your application for an Account, or cancel an existing Account, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
You must be the older of: (i) 18 years, or (ii) at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside and from which you use the Services to open an Account.
You confirm that you are receiving any Services provided by Our Store for the purposes of carrying on a business activity and not for any personal, household or family purpose.
You acknowledge that Our Store will use the email address you provide on opening an Account or as updated by you from time to time as the primary method for communication with you (“Primary Email Address”). You must monitor the Primary Email Address you provide to Our Store and your Primary Email Address must be capable of both sending and receiving messages. Your email communications with Our Store can only be authenticated if they come from your Primary Email Address.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Our Store cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your Account and password. We may request additional security measures at any time and reserve the right to adjust these requirements at our discretion.
Technical support in respect of the Services is only provided to Our Store Users. Questions about the Terms of Service should be sent to Our Store Support.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Services, or access to the Services without the express written permission by Our Store.
You agree not to work around, bypass, or circumvent any of the technical limitations of the Services, including to process orders outside Our Store’s Checkout, use any tool to enable features or functionalities that are otherwise disabled in the Services, or decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer the Services.
You agree not to access the Services or monitor any material or information from the Services using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means.
You understand that your Materials may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. “Materials” means Your Trademarks, copyright content, any products or services you sell through the Services (including description and price), and any photos, images, videos, graphics, written content, audio files, code, information, or other data provided or made available by you or your affiliates to Our Store or its affiliates.
Legal Age Requirement.
By completing a purchase of Merchandise through the Website, you represent that you are at least the legal age of majority or are legally authorized, with any necessary consent of a parent or guardian, to agree to these Sales Terms and Conditions and fulfill any obligations in connection with such purchase. Our Shop reserves the right to verify the foregoing. At the time of delivery, any shipment containing a product may further require the signature of an adult possessing valid picture identification issued by a government agency.
Merchandise Orders
All orders placed through the Website are subject to our team’s acceptance. After your order has been placed, we will provide you with an email confirming our receipt of your order. The confirmation you receive does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Rather, we are only confirming our receipt of your order. We may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your payment card or payment method has already been charged for an order that is later canceled by our team, we will issue you a refund. Your order will be deemed accepted upon its shipment and your receipt of a shipment confirmation of your order. Processed orders will be shipped according to the terms of our applicable shipping policy.
While we want everyone to be able to enjoy our Merchandise, we may, in our sole discretion, not accept an order or limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Some reasons we may do so include, but are not limited to, the following:
Orders that, in our sole discretion, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
Orders that appear to be shipped to a freight forwarding company for reshipment.
Orders that cannot be processed as a result of incorrect or invalid billing, shipping or payment information. Be sure to double-check your information when placing an order. We cannot process orders for several reasons including, but not limited to:
Incorrect credit or debit card information such as card number, expiration date and/or card security value;
Incorrect payment method billing information (billing information provided must be the same as what your financial institution has on record); and/or
Insufficient or incorrect shipping address such as street address, city, state/province, ZIP or postal code.
Orders, in our sole discretion, that we suspect to be fraudulent. We reserve the right to cancel or not accept any order that we suspect to have been placed as a result of fraudulent activity. We further reserve the right to cancel or not accept subsequent orders from customers with a previous fraudulent order history.
Orders connected to previous credit card disputes.
If your order has been processed and shipped, you may return the Merchandise you ordered pursuant to the terms of our applicable return policy.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information.
